Job Overview
Outwood Primary Academy Park Hill is looking for a Teaching Assistant – SEN Support to work with pupils who have Special Educational Needs & Disabilities.
The role aims to promote learning and welfare for all students by providing practical learning support, including those with statements of special educational needs, under the direction of the class teacher.
Responsibilities
- Provide practical learning support to pupils, particularly those with SEND.
- Assist with classroom activities under the direction of the class teacher.
- Support the achievement of pupils’ learning goals and welfare.
Qualifications
- Passion for working with pupils with SEND.
- Previous experience is required.
Working Hours
Permanent post. Term time only + 2 inset days. 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
