Job Details
Salary: Government Agreed Apprenticeship Hourly Rate, £8 – 12.71 per hour
Contract Type: FTC until 22/07/2027
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.15am to 3.30pm
Location: The Bewbush Academy, Dorsten Place, Bewbush, Crawley, West Sussex, RH11 8XW

Qualifications
- A great communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Committed to helping develop an exciting and nurturing learning environment with indoor and outdoor activities
- Passionate about education and imaginative when planning for children’s development
- Able to observe and plan activities for children in a small group
- Able to write accurate and effective assessments, which reflect the needs, interests and stages of development of the child
