Role Overview
Food and Beverage Supervisor – lead the restaurant team, set the tone of exceptional service and support colleagues across departments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the restaurant team and deliver outstanding guest service.
- Familiarise yourself with the menu to advise guests and answer questions.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and promote teamwork across departments.
- Ensure each guest has a memorable experience and represents the hotel’s hospitality standards.
