- Turning enquiries into booked consults through great conversation and client education.
- Staying two steps ahead — prioritising what matters most in the moment.
- Supporting vets and nurses by keeping client flow smooth and information accurate.
- Handling payments, medications, and appointment planning.
- Keeping the reception area organised and ready for anything.
What We are Looking For
- Experience in customer service or client-facing work (not necessarily in a vet practice).
- Strong communication — both with clients and colleagues.
- Confidence using computer systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities clearly and calmly.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to our values.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
- A full UK driving licence.
