We are looking for an enthusiastic HLTA who embodies our passion and values to join our team.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
- Experienced in delivering cover for class teachers
- Able to ensure all children feel safe, happy and able to learn
- Understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children
- Able to deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed
- Confident in using a range of behaviour management skills
- Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently
- Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school
