Manufacturing and Production Harlow, Essex £14 – £16.32 per hour Temporary

We are looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse team, supporting operations across both day and night shifts. This role offers flexible shift patterns with consistent hours available.

Location: Harlow

Shifts Available:

• 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm (8-hour shifts)
• 6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am (12-hour shifts)

Role type: Ongoing temporary work

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe and efficient operation of the Counterbalance forklift
• Loading, unloading, and moving goods throughout the warehouse
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
• Previous experience in a similar FLT role
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to shift patterns
• Safety boots required (other PPE provided)
