Role Overview
Lead a Reception class of pupils with Autism, delivering engaging sensory‑based learning tailored to individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils with speech and language development.
- Facilitate social communication skills.
- Build relationships.
- Set and monitor individual learning targets.
- Implement sensory and play‑based learning activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified in Early Years Education.
- Passionate about Early Years.
- Experience in SEN settings or interest in SEN.
- Patient, creative, nurturing attitude.
- Long‑term commitment sought (Barking and Dagenham).
