Job Overview

Grantley Hall, a five‑star, 17th‑century property nestled in the North Yorkshire countryside, offers a blend of stately grandeur and contemporary luxury. As part of the Leading Hotels of the World and PoB Hotels, it hosts 47 opulent rooms and suites, five restaurants, three bars, an award‑winning spa, and a cutting‑edge gym.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, room preparation and presentation throughout the estate, including deep‑cleaning exercises.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of your allocated rooms are consistently achieved.
  • Restock and replace items in guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas, ensuring guests have everything they need for their arrival.
  • Follow directions from the Housekeeping Manager and Supervisors to ensure tasks meet expectations.
  • Ensure rooms are ready within set deadlines to meet guest arrival times.

  • Friendly, courteous and helpful with excellent communication skills.
