Bar Supervisor


Join De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor as a Bar Supervisor, where you’ll lead and support a team of Bar Tenders, ensuring guests receive exceptional service throughout their visit to the hotel.



Responsibilities



  • Take a lead role on the bar, creating and serving drinks and engaging guests on a daily basis.

  • Help develop the skills and knowledge of Bar Tenders, providing coaching and feedback.

  • Maintain the bar area by keeping it clean, well‑stocked, and compliant with health and safety standards.

  • Manage shift rosters, ensuring coverage for a variety of shifts, including weekends.

  • Assist with bar inventory, ordering stock, and monitoring stock levels.

  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.



Qualifications



  • Previous bar experience, with some supervisory experience preferred.

  • Confidence, guest‑focus and an intuitive approach to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Excellent organisational skills and effective delegation to team members.

  • Familiarity with booking systems such as Open Table is a plus, but training can be provided.
