We provide person‑centred, individualised care with a focus on the model of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS).
You will receive a 2‑week induction covering PBS, communication and behaviour, teaching skills, and enabling people to live the lifestyle they wish.
A workplace induction follows, enabling you to support the individual in the way they wish. We will fund staff to complete Level 3 Health & Social Care. A leadership pathway is available for those with the right ambition, skills and aptitude, taking you from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond.
