What you’ll be doing as Chef de Partie?

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will deliver excellent food standards, produce seasonal menus and daily specials, and support a friendly and supportive environment.

As a key member of the brigade, you will ensure all dishes are prepared to spec, have experience of all stations and the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management and maintaining a 5‑star rating. You likely have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment, and may be a commis looking to progress.
