Salary: £40,317 to £52,300 – Depending on experience
About the Role
We are working with a range of supportive and well-established schools across Finsbury Park, Islington who are seeking a Year 4 Teacher for September 2026. These roles are suitable for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), depending on school requirements. We provide permanent and long‑term positions to committed staff who can make a real impact in the classroom.
The Role Includes
- Full‑time teaching position in a primary school setting
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum
- Monitoring, assessing, and supporting pupil progress
- Creating a positive, inclusive and well‑managed classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with staff and leadership teams
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver high‑quality teaching that supports pupil progress and attainment. This includes lesson planning, assessment and adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs, contributing to the wider school community and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience within the UK curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for supporting pupil development
- Right to work in the UK
