Youth Employment Coach – Supported Internships

York College in York is seeking two Supported Internship Job Coaches. This role focuses on helping young people with additional needs build necessary skills for meaningful employment.

As a coach, you will provide in-work support, develop independence skills, and work with various stakeholders to ensure positive experiences for interns. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a passion for empowering young people in their transition to work.

The position offers a salary of £28,922 to £29,786 annually, along with generous benefits, including 45 days annual leave.
