As a Level 3 or above Qualified Early Years Teacher, you can join our Gumboots Nursery. We recognise you as a teacher at LEYF, and you may know this role as a Nursery Practitioner in other settings.
Gumboots Nursery and Pre‑School, rated Good by Ofsted, provides Early Years Education and Care to children from birth to 5 years old. We are located at 171‑173 Crystal Palace Rd, SE22 9EP, close to East and North Dulwich stations, with ample free off‑street parking. The nursery features separate rooms and gardens for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Children enjoy a varied and stimulating curriculum, including baking sessions with our chef, Zumba classes, gardening and community trips.

What We Look For
Each nursery shares LEYF’s unique teaching model, but you will have the freedom to be creative to suit how children learn best. Whether you take a train to the Science Museum, a bus to a nearby LEYF nursery, or host a baking session with our chef, you’ll create amazing learning experiences for your children in your classroom.
You will hold a Level 3 or above childcare qualification that is full and relevant for the Early Years sector to count in legal Nursery Practitioner ratios, and you must have the right to work in the UK.
