Location & Working Hours
Position based in Manchester within DWF’s high-profile Lender Services team. The role offers hybrid working and a weekly alternating shift pattern between 8:00-6:00, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
You will work as part of either the Collections, Enforcement or Return of Goods teams, managing a portfolio of cases from start to finish through the legal process. Depending on your team, you will prepare and issue legal proceedings, ensure compliance with FCA Consumer Duty and SRA regulations, and keep clients updated throughout. Day-to-day duties include handling incoming and outgoing calls with courts, clients and customers, reviewing payment plans, and maintaining accurate case records. You will balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives, applying empathy and professionalism to ensure customers are treated fairly while delivering successful outcomes for our clients.
Essential
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone handling skills
- Considerable IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, regulated environment
- Teamwork and client-focused mindset
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
