Candidate Requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Achieved a 2:1 degree or above from a Russell Group University
- Degree subjects must be in:
- Core academic subjects (English, Maths, Sciences, Humanities, MFL)
- Education
- Psychology
- Sociology
- Or other closely related academic disciplines
- Applicants with degrees in non-relevant subjects such as Law, Business, Musical Theatre, Performing Arts, etc., will not be considered
- Must have completed all education in the UK, including:
- GCSEs
- A-Levels
- Degree
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Strong academic profile throughout education
- Genuine interest in education and working with young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The Role
- Supporting pupils across KS3–KS5
- Delivering lessons and interventions under guidance from experienced teachers
- Providing academic mentoring and classroom support
