Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate SEND Teachers to work on a supply basis in schools across the Moseley area. This role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties. This is an ideal opportunity for teachers looking for flexible work while making a meaningful impact on students who require additional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Support pupils with SEND in achieving their full potential
- Work closely with teaching assistants and SENCOs
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Manage behaviour effectively using positive strategies
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with SEND pupils (essential)
- Strong understanding of differentiated learning
- Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
