Mathematics Teacher – Dorking, Surrey
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic team in Dorking, Surrey. The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in mathematics through engaging lesson plans and innovative teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Stay updated with advancements in educational practices and mathematics teaching strategies.
Qualifications
- Relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
- Strong subject knowledge in mathematics and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to create an engaging learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Two years’ professional references required.
- Child and Adult DBS clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
Temporary position, unless stated otherwise.
Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
