We’re looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in creating exceptional food and memorable guest experiences. Working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen, helping deliver consistently high standards across every service. This hands‑on opportunity is perfect for someone eager to sharpen their skills, grow their experience, and be part of a supportive, ambitious team. Accommodation is available, making this an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to relocate or cut down on commuting. This is a full‑time, fixed‑term role with variable shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver high‑quality dishes in line with company standards and guest expectations.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the kitchen.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels, ensure correct stock rotation, and assist with ordering where required.
  • Check deliveries to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with kitchen standards.
  • Assist with menu preparation and ensure dishes are presented to a consistently high standard.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised kitchen environment.
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Support the training and development of team members when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen environment.
  • Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for food and delivering an excellent guest experience.

Required Criteria

  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Desired Criteria

  • A driving licence and the ability to drive to enable easy travel to and from the resort.
  • Some previous experience within a busy kitchen environment.
  • Catering qualifications and Level 3 Food Safety are desirable but not essential.
