Adult Social Worker – Care Act Assessments, Aylesbury

Pay: £38 per hour (Contract role)

Job Overview:

• Work within Section 9 and 10 of the Care Act.
• Demonstrate a sound knowledge base of the Care Act, Safeguarding, and other relevant Adult Social Care legislation and how it applies in practice.
• Demonstrate technical ability to effectively apply the Care Act criteria and undertake robust assessments of need, Mental Capacity Assessments (where applicable) and person‑centred Care and Support Planning.

Hybrid working is available.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Adult Social Worker.
• Knowledge of Care Act, Safeguarding, and related legislation.
• Experience in assessments of need and mental capacity assessments.
• Capability to develop person‑centred care planning.
