Key Responsibilities

• Manage and run a designated kitchen section
• Prepare and present dishes to high-quality standards
• Organise mise en place to ensure efficient service
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor stock levels, reduce waste, and control portions
• Work closely with the wider brigade to maintain consistency
