Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Install Technician, located in Rye. The Install Technician will execute installations of decking and balustrade systems, troubleshoot any issues during the installation process, and ensure quality standards are maintained. The role also involves direct interaction with customers to provide guidance and ensure satisfaction, collaboration with team members, and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Effective communication and customer‑service skills to engage clients and team members, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Experience in installation of customised systems for outdoor spaces.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in outdoor environments.
- Previous experience in similar roles and a valid driver’s licence are highly beneficial.
