TeacherActive is looking for Teaching Assistants in Neath to cover day‑to‑day, short‑term and long‑term placements, providing support to children throughout their education.
Responsibilities
Assist children in their educational development by supporting them on a day‑to‑day basis across a variety of schools, covering short‑term and long‑term placements.
Qualifications
- Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational establishment
- Calm, patient and caring persona
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Experience supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
All staff are paid on a PAYE basis, ensuring the correct Tax and National Insurance deductions.
