Your Role

You’ll work closely with pupils who havesocial, emotional and mental health needs, helping them feel safe, understood and ready to learn. Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting pupils1:1 or within the classroom
  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Encouraging communication, confidence and engagement
  • Supporting pupils through routines, transitions and challenges
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams and specialists
  • Gaining experience across diverse and supportive educational settings

Your presence, consistency and approach will play a vital role in helping pupils re‑engage with education.
