- Build trusted relationships with discerning clients, offering guidance, education, and ongoing support
- Work collaboratively with clinical and front-of-house teams to ensure a flawless, luxury experience from consultation to aftercare
- Maintain an immaculate treatment environment, championing hygiene, safety, and 5-star presentation at all times
Who You Are
- Level 4 qualified (minimum) with strong hands-on experience in a high-end, medically-led aesthetic setting
- Deep understanding of skin health, devices, and skincare technologies — always staying ahead of industry trends
- A calm, polished, and confident communicator, skilled in managing VIP clients and tailoring the experience to each individual
- Results-driven, professional, and passionate about delivering excellence in every treatment
