A Pret Team Member or Team Member Star works as part of a team in a Pret shop in the kitchen, front of house and delivery. They are responsible for creating an efficient & welcoming environment engaging and wowing our customers and producing great quality Pret food.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with all shop team members.
• Take on jobs to balance workload across the team.
• Work in any area FOH or Kitchen as requested by the manager (Hot Food, Coffee, etc.).
• Practice the hot chef and barista roles, completing required training.
• Act as an “Ace in Place” for Team Member Star and serve as a role model.
• Always follow the 6 Key Points of Service, serving customers efficiently, politely, and quickly.
• Deliver outstanding service while ensuring the shop’s appearance and areas meet Pret standards.
• Maintain a clean and immaculate uniform at all times.
• Keep products presented in bags or on trays according to Pret standards.
• Complete all TM and TM* training in a timely manner.
• Adhere to financial standards on tills.
• Complete and pass all required health and safety courses, including the Pret Food Hygiene test.
• Follow kitchen health & safety and food safety standards.
