£12.71 – £13.66 per hour (includes throughput bonus)

We are looking for “Packers” to join our existing team at our Treburley site.

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh and label meat products as per customer specification.
• Work Monday‑Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
• Achieve daily production goals within a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Be physically fit and possess a flexible approach to work.
• Experience in a food factory environment is desirable but not essential.
• No experience necessary; similar role experience would be beneficial.

Compensation

Base rate of £12.71 per hour. Good attendance and performance may qualify for a throughput bonus, raising the hourly rate to £13.66.
