Hartshead Junior and Infant School is looking for an adaptable, motivated and enthusiastic Educational Support Assistant to join our friendly team. The role will be, predominantly, to support a pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan supporting their learning and aspects of personal and medical care. The successful candidate will support with activities in school and will be required to travel to activities at various providers.

Hartshead is a small, family school in a beautiful semi‑rural village. In our inclusive school, every member of staff – from Headteacher to Cook – knows every pupil, takes the very best care of them and contributes to their achievements.

The successful candidate will be an experienced practitioner. We would especially welcome applications from people who have experience of working with Autistic pupils and pupils with medical needs.
