Learning Support Assistant
Role: 1;1 SEN Learning Support Assistant
Start Date: 1 September 2026
Contract: Fixed term to 20 July 2029
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 Inset Days)
Hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: Scale 3 Points 6-7 £25,989-£26,403 pa pro rata (Actual Salary: £15,054 – £15,294 pa)
Responsibilities
- Support all pupils, including those with additional needs.
- Work within a supportive and welcoming team.
- Display enthusiasm, positivity, initiative, and ability to follow direction.
Qualifications
- Experience of working with or caring for young children.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand children and support children with additional needs.
- Able to work as part of a team.
