Teaching Assistant (Special Needs Professional) for Base, the Primary and Secondary Areas
Salary Grade: D5-D6
Actual Starting Salary: £21,226.20 – £21,563.06 per annum pro rata
Hours: 33.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday (term time only)
Start date: September 2026
Responsibilities:
- Support children’s day‑to‑day learning, care and development.
- Support with assessment, recording and reporting on achievement, behaviour for learning, progress and development.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff within the class team, in line with The Bridge Trust policies and guidance.
Qualifications / Training:
- Experience is not essential; all training will be provided.
