Class 2 Tanker Driver – Drainage & Waste Services

HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER – WIRRAL (JN -052026-21710) Wirral, England

The Best Connection are currently recruiting a full‑time Class 2 Driver on behalf of our well‑established drainage and waste management client based in the Wirral.

• £14.00 per hour (PAYE) – holiday pay accrued
• Higher pay rate available for ADR licence holders
• All required site safety cards and Highways Passport provided
• Ongoing training and development opportunities

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Start times between 05:00–07:00
• Occasional weekend work available

Role & Responsibilities

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle to various new build and commercial sites
• Operating a tanker unit for:
  • Drainage unblocking
  • Suction and waste removal
  • General drainage maintenance
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures
• Providing a professional service when attending customer sites

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Minimum 12 months driving experience
• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
