Class 1 HGV Driver – Trunking to Retail DCs (Chesterfield)

Looking for consistent HGV driving work at a great company? We have ongoing assignments for Class 1 drivers to complete straightforward trunk runs for Gist on behalf of the Marks & Spencer Primary network.

You will be trunking chilled, ambient, and frozen goods to distribution centres on behalf of Gist, starting from a clean depot, with well-maintained vehicles.

Pay Rates

• Days:From £16.51 per hour
• Nights:From £17.72 per hour
• Weekends:Up to £20.06 per hour. All rates are PAYE, with holiday pay accrued separately.

Shift Information

• Typical start times:11:00–21:00
• Usual shift length:10–11 hours
• Full training provided following a successful driving assessment

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Minimum 18 months of recent HGV driving experience required
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
