Class 2 ADR Cylinder Driver – Roaming (BBBH439196) – Thurrock, England
Are you a Class 2 ADR driver seeking a new opportunity? Join our client’s team at various sites across the South East.
Competitive Pay: £18.85 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime £28.28 (weekends £28.28). Pay Terms: PAYE, 28 days holiday per year (increases with length of service).
Bonuses: Performance bonus available. Roaming Bonus: £25 per day.
Shifts: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts on a rota basis. Hours are around 7am‑5pm, with some overtime required.
Regional Work: The role involves staying in hotels and working at different depots across the South East. Travelling time to depots from your home location is paid, mileage at 45p per mile, hotels provided and meal allowances.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure safe and professional operations in line with client standards.
- Conduct multi-drop deliveries of gas cylinders.
- Manual handling of gas cylinders.
Requirements
- Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card.
- ADR licence in Class 2 for in-packages.
- Familiarity with drivers’ hours legislation and tachographs.
- Relevant HGV experience, no more than 6 points on your licence, no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
- New or inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant licences will be considered.
