Shorefields is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for St George’s Church of England Primary School in Colchester. The role involves leading whole classes, managing group activities, and supporting teacher release work. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a passion for helping children academically and pastorally.

This is a part-time position offering 22.5 hours a week with an actual salary based on Local Government Scale 5 Point 10-13 between £14,050 and £14,745. We offer support through HLTA training and a commitment to professional growth.
