We now have a permanent vacancy for a qualified social worker to join the Adult Community Team

Grade 8 – £36,363 – £40,777 + £3,000 professional competency payment

About the Role:

You will be joining a very committed and supportive team of staff who undertake a varied role in supporting our customers in Pembrokeshire to identify and achieve their wellbeing outcomes.

The work undertaken supports adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, lower level mental health conditions including autistic spectrum disorders, children transitioning to adulthood and older adults requiring support.

We are increasingly working within the court and best interest arena.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria

  • Experience of working within Adult services is preferential to support within this area of work.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and self‑management skills needed within this area of work.
  • Commitment to strengths based practice and collaborative care.
  • Relevant qualifications and registration (as applicable).
