Community Support Worker (Support at Home) – Eden
Hourly Rate: £13.69 – £13.90 per hour (£14.43 including supplement – after 6 months). A market supplement of £0.53 per hour is applied after 6 months and can also be paid as an annual lump sum.
Available Hours: 18 hours per week
Location: Eden area – to be discussed with the successful candidate
Contract Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Assist with medication and provide personal care such as washing and dressing
- Prepare meals and support with mobility needs
- Establish daily routines, including household tasks and confidence building
- Encourage independence and facilitate community participation, such as attending local clubs or shopping
Qualifications
Experience or qualifications are not necessarily required to get started. Development and training opportunities are available.
