Learning Support Assistant (Sixth Form) – Uxbridge
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to provide 1‑1 support for a non‑verbal learner with severe learning disabilities in a sixth‑form setting in Uxbridge.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:00. Start: Trial day required before placement.
Responsibilities
- Providing consistent 1‑1 support throughout the school day
- Supporting communication and engagement in learning activities
- Assisting with personal development and wellbeing
- Working closely with teaching staff and support teams
Qualifications
- Experience with SEN (PMLD/complex needs preferred)
- Patient, reliable, and caring approach
- Ability to work full‑time hours
- Enhanced DBS and references required
