Joignez-vous à nous et postulez dès aujourd’hui!# **Ce que vous ferez**# This role is in support of Cencora’s wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.**Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver****Location: Exeter****Hours per week: Monday to Saturday****Salary:** **£41,009.28 per year****Job Summary**To ensure the speedy, efficient and accurate delivery of assembled products and invoices to the customer within corporate guidelines.## Key Accountabilities* To maintain a safe a competent standard of driving, observing speed limits and other traffic signs and giving due regard to other road users.* To have a daily check to ensure that your vehicle is in a roadworthy condition including a check of the lights, brakes, coolant, etc.* To report any faults, breakdowns, accidents or delays.* To abide by all tacho-graph laws and ensure daily/weekly rests are taken as required* Ensure all Proof of Deliveries listed on drop sheets have been delivered to customers and report any shortages to the transport department before leaving the customer.* Upon receipt of collection request, collect goods returned from external customers as instructed by the transport staff.* To maintain the internal and external condition of the vehicle together with the cleanliness of the vehicle.* To ensure sufficient quantities of fuel have been taken for the day’s work.* To maintain the security of the vehicle and its contents at all times.* To check all orders shown on the dropsheets and ensure all orders are loaded on the vehicle.* Ensure all trailer seal numbers are logged before departure and before opening at the service centre or external customer.* Ensure damages/breakages are dealt with promptly and correctly with due regard to special procedures for HazChems.* To maintain a smart appearance at all times.* To help maintain good customer relations.* To maintain at all times good communications with the transport staff based at the service centre.* To be involved in other duties as may be defined from time to time by the Management.* Meet all Health & Safety requirements..**Skills Knowledge and Experience required:*** Building Customer Loyalty – Effectively meeting customer needs; building productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.* Communication – Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.* Contributing to Team Success – Actively participating as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals.* Initiating Action – Taking prompt action to accomplish objectives; taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required; being proactive.* Safety Awareness – Being aware of conditions that effect employee safety****Essential*** A full driving license must be held relevant to the vehicle being driven* Existing employees must update fleet services accordingly with any changes to their license status e.g. points on their license, driving bans etc* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Excellent Customer care* Intermediate Numeracy and Literacy* Previous experience of multi-drop delivery driving is highly desirable* Route planning experience**Benefit:*** Contributory Pension Scheme* Perks at Work (Discounts on top brands)* Employee Assistance Programme* 20 days’ holiday (Full time or pro rata part time) + bank holidays, increasing with service length**Ce qu’Cencora offre** Nous offrons une rémunération globale concurrentielle.
