Kitchen Supervisor

Overview

This is a part time 30 hour per week role. We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in Food & Beverage management, along with experience in a team leadership role.

The Supervisor will support the management team with keyholder responsibilities to help with the day to day running of the park. Your focus will be during peak trade, school holidays and during events. You will be a pioneer of the Oxygen ActivePlay values and you will champion pride, passion, playing together and WOW-ness.

Responsibilities

• Be flexible, reliable, and focused on standards, service and compliance.
• Be solutions focused and use constructive questions to seek improvements.
• Open and close the park, adhere to safety protocols, manage daily operations, and ensure team members are in the right place at the right times.
• Train and coach team members to deliver park KPIs and service metrics, highlighting any development needs to the park management team.
• Supervise people and procedures, leading by example in all departments.
• Be a brand ambassador, ensuring you always deliver Oxygen’s purpose, mission and values.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in Food & Beverage management.
• Experience in a team leadership role.
• Willingness to work during peak periods such as school holidays and events.
• Ability to focus on safety, cleanliness, and security for guests and visitors.
• Able to train, coach, and develop staff to meet park goals and service standards.
