Permanent, full‑time catering role at St Peter & St James Hospice.

- Location: St Peter & St James Hospice, BN8 4ED
- Working Hours: Full‑time and part‑time roles available
- Shifts: 8am–4pm and 11am–7pm, Monday to Sunday (availability on regular Wednesdays desirable)
- Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities & Duties
- Cook and prepare fresh, nutritious meals to order for patients, visitors, staff, and Living Well Centre attendees.
- Support the catering of internal events and fundraising functions.
- Ensure dietary requirements, preferences, and religious and cultural needs are met.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant experience: Previous catering experience essential. Experience in healthcare, hospice or charity settings desirable but not required.
- Qualifications: Food hygiene certification desirable; training can be provided if needed.
- Key skills: Good communication skills, positive and professional approach, ability to work flexibly to meet patient needs, organised, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a supportive team.
- Transport: Must be able to travel to and from the hospice independently due to the remote location and limited public transport links.
