We Are Looking For
- A dynamic experienced teacher to join our team at Spratton.
- Experience in EYFS and KS1 within a school with small class sizes.
- Well‑motivated teacher with strong behaviour management skills and a positive attitude.
- Someone who can nurture relationships with children and parents with a determination to make a difference.
- Someone willing to work in a small team supported by the Head and can work independently in a small school setting.

- Excited to teach our EYFS/KS1 class.
- Able to work effectively, flexibly, and collaboratively with other staff members, families, and the wider community.
- Confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies.
- Understanding of the importance of Child Protection and committed to safeguarding children’s welfare at home and in school.
- Can support children’s pastoral, SEND, and behaviour needs positively through a range of strategies.
- Is able to deliver high quality first teaching.
- Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
