This programme runs over a 15‑month timeframe, with a learning period of 12 months and an end‑point assessment (EPA) of up to 3 months.

- Functional Skills English and Maths Level 2
Apprentices who complete the Care Worker programme aim to progress to senior roles, including Lead Adult Care Workers, Key Workers, and Mental Health Outreach Workers.
