As a Chef de Partie at Hawksmoor, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering consistently high‑quality dishes with precision and pride. This is a key role within the kitchen, where you’ll balance technical skill, organisation and teamwork to ensure smooth, successful services.
What You’ll Do
- Run your section with confidence and consistency.
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards.
- Manage mise en place, service and close down efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sustainability and waste minimisation.
- Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section.
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service.
Who You Are
- Experienced as a Chef de Partie working with fresh food.
- Technically strong with good organisational skills.
- Calm and focused during busy services.
- A supportive team player who enjoys developing others.
- Passionate about high‑quality produce and open‑fire cooking.
- Keen to continue learning and progressing within a professional kitchen.
