Our client, a dynamic and growing business within the transport industry, is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to support senior leadership while helping oversee the smooth running of a collaborative office environment. This is a varied role with exposure across operations, projects and executive support, ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in the bigger picture.
The Role
- Extensive diary, travel and meeting coordination
- Supporting senior leadership with day‑to‑day business operations
- Coordinating key meetings and handling follow‑up actions
- Managing shared communications and enquiries
- Organising internal events and team activities
- Overseeing office operations and supplier management
- Assisting with ongoing branding, business improvement and operational projects
