Sterile Services Driver

This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at entry level and receive world‑class training. You must hold a full and up‑to‑date driving licence. Working hours: 06:00‑14:00, 5 days out of 7 (includes some weekends and on‑call service).

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are driven in line with all current applicable legislation, company policies, and procedures.
• Perform daily health and safety vehicle inspections.
• Immediately report all traffic accidents involving any company vehicle to the insurer and notify the line manager.
• Ensure safe carriage of goods in compliance with the Transport Act 1968.
• Maintain and organise planned preventive maintenance, including servicing of all company vehicles and arranging alternative vehicle cover when necessary.
• Maintain effective vehicle mileage logs and submit mileage records to Administration Staff on a weekly basis.
• Ensure all delivery schedules are met in accordance with daily service requirements.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 points.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience on UK roads.
• Good verbal and numerical communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic educational standard with demonstrable verbal and numerical abilities.
