About The Role

As a Housekeeping Stylist, reporting directly to the Director of Style (Executive Housekeeper), the successful candidate takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the hotel—from guest rooms to public areas and other house spaces.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prioritise room cleaning to support smooth hotel operations
  • Follow access protocols and ensure guest privacy before entering rooms
  • Restock amenities and supplies to keep everything fresh and inviting
  • Change linens and prepare beds to meet brand expectations
  • Thoroughly clean bathrooms and remove used items like trash and room service trays
  • Polish surfaces, dust furniture, and keep walls spotless
  • Vacuum and tidy carpets for a flawless finish
  • Take ownership of any guest concerns and ensure they’re resolved
  • Stay on top of all health and safety standards
  • Represent the W brand with energy and authenticity in every interaction—with guests and fellow team members
