Salary and Shift Patterns

Typical earnings are £15.60 per hour (£13.61 during training). 4‑day and 5‑day shift patterns are available.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced, friendly and safety‑conscious bus drivers at our Stockton depot. As a driver you will be the heartbeat of our community, ensuring passengers get to work, school and home safely and comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Drive our fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
• Ensure every customer has a great journey and delivers top‑notch customer service.
• Provide a welcoming environment for passengers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Operate shifts flexibly, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Follow all statutory and company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 18 years old or older.
• Hold a valid PCV licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Safe, courteous driving approach and a passion for customer service.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive team.
