- Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
- Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
- Cooking with care and precision

- Delivering excellent customer service with a smile
If you have no experience, we’ll train you through hands‑on learning in store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning via our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to succeed.
We pay your bonus after your initial training.
