Care Assistant

Salary details: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour.

Location: Market Harborough & Oadby.

Contract type: Care Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
• Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meal prep, preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity; full training will be provided
