Monarch Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to support schools in the Easton area of Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with special educational needs.
About the Role:You will be working closely with pupils who require additional support due to a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges. Your role will involve helping students access the curriculum, encouraging independence, and promoting a positive learning environment.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
